Biver Farm’s onion, pickles, lettuce, on the side, with ketchup and

Ozark Forest Mushroom Burger | 12
A mix of Ozark Forest farm grown shiitake, and oyster mushrooms,
paired with northwest organic cremini mushrooms. Combined with walnuts,
market red tube onion, topped with tossed Sriracha mayo mixed greens, all on a Companion Bakery brioche bun.
Fish and Chips | 12
White fish with Schlafly beer batter, deep fried, placed on a Companion Plain Jane hogie, slathered with our house made tartar sauce, served with hand steak fries, all wrapped up in newspaper.
